Since ancient times, generations of great masters and practitioners have undertaken the sacred journey to Maratika to practice in its fabled caves.
The legendary master himself, the second Buddha Padmasambhava, sought the blessings of these caves for his practice of longevity along with the Princess Mandarava, and accomplished the siddhi of immortal life.
